The minimum age for entry to Toffler is 18 years.

Toffler reserves the right to refuse entry at all times.

Visitors must be able to identify themselves with a valid passport, driver’s license, or ID card.

Visitors may be searched. Refusal may result in denial of entry. Objects that can be used as weapons will be confiscated.

Proper attire is required at all times.

The use of lockers is mandatory.

Do not leave valuables in lockers. Toffler will reimburse a maximum of €100 in case of a forced locker opening. Loss of a locker key is at your own responsibility; a fee of €15 will be charged.

Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Toffler is not liable for theft, damage, or loss.

Sound levels inside Toffler exceed 95 dB(A). Toffler accepts no liability for any hearing damage. Entry and stay are entirely at your own risk. Earplugs are available at the entrance desk.

Surveillance cameras are present throughout Toffler. By entering, you automatically consent to video recording. In case of incidents, footage may be shared with third parties.

In case of emergencies, instructions from Toffler staff must be followed at all times.

Consumption tokens are not redeemable for cash.

It is not permitted to take cups, cans, or bottles outside.

Consumption of own food or drinks inside Toffler is prohibited.

Flyering or stickering is only permitted by Toffler.

Photography and video recording are not allowed. Phone use is permitted; recording images or video may result in immediate removal from the venue.

Visitors may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By entering Toffler, you automatically grant permission for publication.

The possession, use, or trade of soft or hard drugs is strictly prohibited. Drug dealing will result in immediate and permanent removal and may be reported to the police.

Entry will be refused to persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Unwanted physical contact or harassment will not be tolerated.

The possession or use of weapons is strictly prohibited.

Racist, sexist, sexual, or threatening behavior or remarks will not be tolerated.

Groups larger than four (4) persons must inform management at least 24 hours in advance of their visit.

Please respect our neighbors when leaving Toffler.

Instructions given by management or staff must be followed at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal.

In situations not covered by these house rules, management will determine appropriate measures.

Exceptions to these house rules can only be made in consultation with management.

The General Terms and Conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland apply at all times.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from Toffler and temporary or permanent denial of entry.
