It is no longer possible to purchase cigarettes on the Toffler Festival grounds. As an organization, we want to contribute to the better health of our visitors and to a future smoke-free generation. Visitors are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 packs of cigarettes, and smoking is allowed at the festival.

Bringing medication is allowed, provided you can show an official doctor’s note and that the medication is kept in its original packaging.

Hearing damage can easily occur when you spend a long time in a loud environment. At Toffler Festival, sound levels can exceed 95 dB. It is therefore highly recommended to wear hearing protection and to give your ears regular breaks. Earplugs will be available on-site at the merchandise stand.

For any lost items, you can contact the organization via this form or by sending an email to info@tofflerfestival.nl.

How do I personalise my tickets?

Every visitor of Toffler Festival must personalise their tickets. Entry to the festival is only possible with a ticket in your own name. After purchasing the tickets, the main buyer will receive an email with instructions to personalise the tickets.

To personalise your ticket(s), follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the link in the confirmation email to start the personalization process.
  2. Claim one of your tickets for yourself by selecting “Claim ticket” and entering your personal details.

How can your friends personalise their tickets?

  1. Send one or more tickets to a friend by selecting “Send to friend”.
  2. Your friend will receive an invitation via email at the provided address, which they can accept by selecting “Claim now”.
  3. Your friend claims their ticket.
  4. They will be redirected to the personalisation page where they can enter their details.

Why do I need to personalise my tickets?

All popular events face organizations and individuals reselling purchased tickets at inflated prices. To prevent this, we ask the ticket buyer to personalize the tickets by entering the details of the person who will attend the event. This helps reduce the chance of large quantities of tickets being resold at excessive prices.

Additionally, it allows us to better inform government authorities in case of emergencies. Ticket personalisation takes place after you have completed your order.

What is the deadline to personalise my tickets?

Tickets do not need to be personalized immediately, but they must be personalized at least 24 hours before the event. More information, including the personalization deadline, can be found in the confirmation email of your order.

Do I need to bring identification to the event?

Yes, you are legally required to provide identification. At the entrance, security may ask for an ID to verify that the name matches the personalized ticket. Please note that a copy of your ID is not valid. Entry to the event may be denied if the name on the ticket does not match the ID, and the value of the ticket will not be refunded.

I need to change the name on my ticket, what can I do?

It is possible to change the name on a ticket (for example, if you want to invite someone else to the event). To discourage unauthorised sellers, a small charge applies. For this reason, it is important to enter your details correctly the first time.

If you have already personalised your tickets but want to change the name, you can do this via Ticket Transfer. You will need the ticket’s barcode and the email address used to order the ticket.

You can change the name on your ticket via this link.

Please note: By transferring the ticket, a new order will be created for the new owner. The original ticket will be automatically canceled and will no longer appear in your orders.

I can’t attend, can I sell my ticket(s) on TicketSwap?

Yes, selling your tickets is possible via the confirmation email you received from Paylogic. In the email, click the “Manage order” button to see an overview of your purchased tickets. To sell a ticket on TicketSwap, click “More actions” and then “Sell on TicketSwap.”
